CALL TO WAR 2020 THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS CALLING HIS CHURCH TO PRAY SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER – NOW! I am writing to you in obedience to the Lord’s instructions. I do not write as a representative of any elected ecclesiastical office, any spiritual authority or title, or any employee position within a local Church body. I desire to represent only Jesus and myself as a Son of God, a member of the Body of Christ. I sincerely ask that you please receive the following from that perspective only. Paul said in 2 Timothy 3:1 that “in the last days perilous times WILL COME”! Well, for anyone paying attention PERILOUS TIMES ARE ALREADY HERE! HOWEVER, It is not time for the Church to be fearful! It is also not time for the Church to compromise for the sake of trying to be “safe” from persecution! It is time for the Church to prevail – IN PRAYER! It is sad when the world cries for “peace and safety” because they feel very little of either. But it is far more tragic when the Church’s focus is “peace and safety” at the expense of being spiritually passive at best or selling out who we are to “buy” peace and safety at the cost of compromising the faith that was once delivered unto the Saints. Jesus declared definitively, “BEWARE when all men speak well of you!” (Luke 6:26). According to Jesus’ very specific teaching in Luke 6, we don’t show His love to people by “approving” of their life-style. We don’t show His love to people by becoming “like them.” We demonstrate His love towards them by being kind to them AND not reacting negatively towards them because of their negative treatment of us. How is that possible? Only by truly being a praying Saint and only by truly being a praying Church! It is NOW time for the Church both to be known as AND to be a “House of Prayer” (Isaiah 56:7; Matthew 21:13; Mark 11:17; Luke 19:46). We need to be a “praying Church” rather than just being a “praising Church.” Praise is only given value and made acceptable to the Lord when it is the product of a dedicated, surrendered, obedient, fervent, faith-filled, prevailing life of PRAYER! If our praise is not founded upon and produced by a life of Prayer which is initiated and motivated by our love for Jesus and His love for us, then our “praise” is just “as sounding brass and a tinkling cymbal” to the “ears” of our God (1 Corinthians 13:1) — no matter how talented it is and/or how professional it sounds. The Church is NOT called to the streets to “protest” about anything or everything that we don’t agree with that is going on in our country and/or our world. Why? We have access to a much higher authority than public opinion, mainstream media, and/or politics! We are invited by the Lord to “come boldly before the throne of Grace that we...might find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16). God cannot do through us what we are NOT praying and believing for Him to do! BEING FIRST AND FOREMOST PRAY-ERS IS BOTH HIS WILL AND HIS PLAN FOR US! Our faithful, consistent participation in effective, fervent prayer becomes our act of presenting ourselves to the Lord for Him to be able to do through us anything and everything that He chooses to do. Jesus proclaimed that He gave us “power” (the Greek word is exousia, “authority”) to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We as the Church have been called by the Lord Jesus Christ to spiritual conflict. There is something that God CANNOT do! He cannot give us victory in a war that we are unwilling to fight! To BOTH receive and fully participate in the promised victory that was first mentioned by Jesus in the Bible concerning His Church in Matthew 16:18-19, WE MUST PRAY — PREVAILING, PERSISTENT PRAYER — BOTH collectively and individually. Matthew 16:18-19 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. AGAIN, NO ONE CAN WIN A “WAR” THAT THEY ARE NOT ACTIVELY FIGHTING! SPIRITUAL PASSIVITY AND PASSIVISM HAVE NEVER DEFEATED ANY ENEMY – EVER! Paul prayed that we would have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus and of our place in Him, which includes being His body which in Him is far above all principality, power, might, dominion, and every named that is named (Ephesians 1:14-23) – IN THIS WORLD – RIGHT NOW – NOT JUST IN THE WORLD TO COME! ALL THINGS have been put under His feet. His feet are attached to His Body. We the Church ARE His Body! If we don’t have spiritual dominion, it is because we aren’t exercising our faith in warring in prayer UNTIL it is an accomplished fact. WE HAVE BEEN CALLED, WE HAVE BEEN EQUIPPED BY THE WORD OF GOD AND THE HOLY GHOST, AND WE HAVE BEEN EMPOWERED; AS A RESULT, WE MUST BE FAITHFUL TO OUR LORD AND HIS PLAN AND PURPOSE. Jesus is diligently searching for those who want more than to just be “good church members” and go to heaven. These Jesus called, “TRUE WORSHIPPERS”! True worshippers want to be fully involved with Jesus in His Kingdom. How do I know this? Because they faithfully SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM – everyday! All of the supernatural power and authority that the Lord has imparted to us is of absolutely NO VALUE either to His Kingdom or to us if it is unused by His Church. In Jesus’ teachings on how WE ARE TO PRAY, He made this crystal clear to all who are “listening with ears” that are able to hear what the Spirit is saying to the Church: Luke 11:1-4 1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. 2 And he said unto them, WHEN YE PRAY, SAY, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. 3 Give us day by day our daily bread. 4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. Matthew 6:9-13 9 After this manner therefore PRAY YE: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. We have been called of God AND COMMANDED by Jesus to pray “Kingdom Prayer” – FIRST AND FOREMOST EVERYDAY! PEOPLE OF GOD, WE MUST OBEY JESUS! The Lord has instructed me to be a conduit for Him to call for those who would respond to His call to join together in prayer this year. This email is my initial communication of that CALL TO PRAYER, that CALL TO WAR! Again, the Lord has instructed me, FOR ALL that are WILLING to PARTICIPATE, to CALL for them to assemble together before the Throne of Grace for FOCUSED PRAYER AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE – THIS YEAR! The Holy Ghost is asking for every Church that will to fast one day and do a 24-hour prayer chain that day every month starting in March through September of this year. Then He is asking, from October 1st through October 26th, that every Church take AT LEAST one day per week and fast and do a 24-hour prayer chain – again, EVERY WEEK during that period, ONE DAY OF THAT WEEK. Then for those who are willing participate, the Spirit of the Lord is calling for a joint prayer meeting for Tuesday through Friday nights, October 27-30 – every evening – AT EVERY CHURCH THAT WILL DO SO. I will be livestreaming Spirit-directed, focused, spiritual warfare prayer each evening for those who desire to participate in that manner. It is NOT necessary to have the prayer streamed into your prayer meeting in order to participate. This is only being offered for those who desire this type of nightly direction. HOWEVER, we can all meet at the same time before the Throne of Grace and pray that the WILL OF GOD will prevail in our country. How much more of a prayer effort than the Holy Ghost is specifically requesting in this email that any individual and/or local Church is called by the Spirit of the Lord to do in addition to the above is of course for each one to decide between them and God. BUT, there must be regular times of the corporate cooperation of His spiritual body in joining in a concerted effort of prayer. THAT IS THE WILL OF GOD! That is what this effort is all about. I am very thankful for any and every effort being made by anyone to promote prayer and to lead the Body to pray, especially during this most critical of times in our country and our world. This effort has no intent to “compete with” or desire to hinder the efforts of others to promote prayer in any way. There can NEVER be too much praying! There can never be TOO MANY praying. Each individual and/or Church needs to participate with whom, when, and where that the Holy Ghost leads them to. THE FOLLOWING NEEDS TO BE DEFINITIVELY DECLARED: It is very important to make it exceedingly clear that this effort is not in “opposition” to any human; we are not praying AGAINST people! NO ONE! Furthermore, this is NOT about politics. This is about the spiritual principle of Praying the Will of God as it is already purposed in Heaven to Prevail in the Earth! WHATEVER THAT IS AS DETERMINED BY GOD ALONE! I repeat: we are praying for the Will of God as it is already purposed in heaven to come to pass in the earth. The ONLY thing that matters after the election this year is that the WILL OF GOD has been done. Again, regardless of what that is! Jesus has commanded His Church to pray for His Will to prevail in the earth over all other “wills”! IT IS HIS COMMAND! Will we obey HIM? Ephesians 6:10-13 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. The victory in this spiritual conflict is not won by passivity! It cannot won by osmosis. Neither will it be won by those who are spiritual “chameleons” hiding their “christianity” in plain sight in order to blend in with the world and protect themselves from persecution and rejection. It is won only by actively participating with the Holy Ghost in the Realm of His supernatural Kingdom by allowing Him to use us (His Body), by and through the Grace of God, as the yielded conduits of His Spirit, His Word, His Name, His power, and His authority in the supernatural arena of PRAYER, so that He might minister to this world and its needs — THROUGH US. Again, His plan and His will is to pray His will into being in the earth by and through the Church – His Body in the earth! Our Head is sitting on the Throne of the Universe ruling and reigning over everything (Ephesians 1:14-23; Colossians 1:9-20). We are His Body on the earth. Should not the Body do fully and cooperate with ALL that its Head desires (WILLS) to do? I am just a conduit of the Spirit of the Lord who desires to obey Him and please Him — that is my only office and/or position of any significance. As with many others, I hear voice of the Holy Ghost Who is calling us, His Body - the Church, to focused prayer, to unified prayer, to prayer that is bold in the spirit of faith and His authority. WE MUST PRAY WITHOUT CEASING! WE MUST UTILIZED AND EXERCISE HIS SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY FOR THE EDIFICATION OF HIS KINGDOM AND FOR THE GLORY OF GOD! Again, please watch the video.
